Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of altivedev.com and your engagement of Altive Dev for design, development, and related services. By using our site or signing a project agreement with us, you agree to these Terms. This is placeholder copy — have it reviewed by a lawyer before going live.

Our Services

Altive Dev provides digital product services including web development, SaaS development, mobile applications, and AI automation. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.

Quotes & Payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Projects typically require a down payment before work begins, with the balance due per the agreed milestone schedule. Late payments may pause work and incur additional charges.

Project Scope & Changes

The agreed proposal defines the project scope. Requests outside that scope are welcome — they'll be estimated and billed separately after your approval. We'll never bill for out-of-scope work without telling you first.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general-purpose code, libraries, and internal tooling across projects, and to showcase the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide the materials, feedback, and approvals needed for the project on a timely basis. Delays in providing these may shift the delivery timeline.

Warranties & Liability

We build carefully and test thoroughly, but software is provided "as is" beyond the warranties stated in your project agreement. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. You'll be billed for work completed up to the termination date, and we'll hand over all paid-for deliverables.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and the courts of Jakarta if needed.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
